Ferricks Limited will enter an orderly wind-down and formally conclude operations in January 2027.
This follows a period of review regarding the structure and future direction of Ferricks. The current entity has fulfilled its role, and it is now appropriate to bring this phase to a close.
When Ferricks was established in 2025, it was intended to act as a group for ideas, projects, and investments. Over time, it became clear that not all concepts benefit from being contained within a single corporate structure.
Ferricks will transition away from operating as a conventional company.
The Ferricks name remains active as a registered trademark, first registered in 2025, and will continue to be renewed. Associated domains including ferricks.com and ferricksgroup.com remain under ownership and are held for future application.
Going forward, Ferricks will exist as a platform for ideas, concepts, and potential ventures, without the constraints of a formal operating structure. Ferricks will continue to be developed, and this site will be updated in due course.
No further operational activity will take place under Ferricks Limited.
